January 27, 2009 Subject : Notification on the Change of Major Shareholder To : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand As the SEAVI III FUND (B) Ltd., who was one of TRT's major shareholders, had already transferred the 10,683,750 shares to CIMB-GK Securities (Thailand) Ltd., (equivalent to 10.54% of the Company's total paid-up capital). The company has received the preliminary information on January 19, 2009 that Mr. Tai Chong Yih had purchased TRT's shares from CIMB-GK Securities (Thailand) Ltd., at the volume of 5,483,750 shares (equivalent to 5.41% of the Company's total paid-up capital), resulting the outstanding balance of shares held by CIMB-GK Securities (Thailand) Ltd., as of to date is at the level of 5,200,000 shares (representing 5.13% of the Company's total paid-up capital).
