NR sign posted on TRT The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) posted the "NP" (Notice Pending) sign on Tirathai Pubic Company Limited (TRT) effective from the first trading session of August 11, 2006 because it has sent report on summarizing operating result (Form 45) for the period ending June 30,2006 but has failed to submit its reviewed quarterly financial statements as of June 30, 2006 via the SET electronic disclosure systems. Now, TRT has completely disclosed its mentioned financial statements to the SET through the SET's disclosure systems. Therefore, the SET has lifted the "NP" sign on the securities of TRT and replaced it with an "NR" (Notice Received) sign effective from the second trading session of August 11, 2006 to inform general investors that TRT has already disclosed such information.
