NP signs posted on TRT for failure to disclose financial statement The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) posted an "NP" (Notice Pending) sign on the securities of Tirathai Public Company Limited (TRT) effective from the first trading session of August 11, 2006 because it has sent report on summarizing operating result (Form 45) for the period ending June 30, 2006 but has failed to submit its reviewed quarterly financial statements as of June 30, 2006 via the SET electronic disclosure system. The "NP" sign will remain posted until it discloses the required information to investors.
