Report on the results of the exercise the warrants ESOP

Subject : Report on the results of the exercise of the warrants to
purchase ordinary share of Tirathai Public Company # 1 (ESOP) for company's
directors and employees
To : President
The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Tirathai Public Company Limited ("the Company") allotted the warrants to
purchase ordinary share (ESOP) for company's directors and employees to the
existing shareholders. Details of the allotment are as follows:
Number of Warrants (ESOP) : 2,533,000 units
Amount of Reserved Shares : 10,132,000 shares
Date of Issuance and Offering : October 1, 2009
Exercise Period : The Exercise Date is on the last business day of June and
December of each year, throughout the warrant maturity
period. (These dates are described as "Exercise Date") For
this, the first exercise date that Warrant holders can
exercise their rights ("1st Exercise Date") is on the last
business day of December, which will be on December 30,
2009. And the last exercise date that Warrant holders can
exercise their rights ("Last Exercise Date") is 2 years
after the date indicated in the Warrants, which will be on
September 30, 2011.
Exercise Ratio : 1 warrant : 1 ordinary share
Exercise Price : Baht 3 per share
Term : 2 years from the date of issuance of warrants
The Company would like to report the result of the exercise of ESOP as
at December 30, 2009 as follows:
Total number of warrants in reserve
for exercise of warrants 10,132,000 units
Number of exercisable warrants 2,533,000 units
Number of exercised warrants 2,256,820 units
Balance of the warrants 7,875,180 units
Total number of shares in reserve
for exercise of warrants 10,132,000 shares
Number of shares in reserve for
the current exercise 2,256,820 shares
Balance of the shares in reserve
for exercise of warrants 7,875,180 shares
Amount of money received form
the 1st exercise of ESOP 6,770,460 Baht
