18 May 2009 Subject Inform an offering method to allocate the right warrants to existing shareholders (TRT-W1) (Revised) Attn Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to an announcement of the resolution of the board of Director's Meeting No.2/2009 of Tirathai Public Company Limited on May 13, 2009 regarding setting the issuance and offering Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Tirathai Public Company Limited No.1 (TRT-W1), the Company would like to inform an offering method to allocate right warrants (TRT-W1) as follows; Allocate Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Tirathai Public Company Limited No.1 (TRT-W1) on May 28, 2009 with the total amount of not exceed 67,547,500 units at price of 0.00 Baht per unit to the existing shareholders of the Company at a ratio of 3 existing ordinary shares per 1 unit of TRT-W1 warrant (any fraction from the calculation will be disregarded). The exercise ratio is 1 unit of TRT-W1's warrant, having right to purchase 1 new ordinary share at exercise price of 3.00 Baht per share. The record date for eligible shareholders who have the right to receive TRT-W1 warrants will be on May 28, 2009 and the book closing date for collecting the name of shareholders according to Securities and Exchange Act Section 225 will be on May 29, 2009.
