January 14, 2009 Subject : Clarification on news about Company's Operating Results To : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Further to having news about company's operating results published in the newspaper dated 14 January 2009, the company would like to clarify as follows: Our management informed that the company operating results for the year 2008 was came from the approximation of revenue 2,100 Baht Million derived from the estimation of orders which were due to be delivered in 2008. However the company's operating result for the year 2008 is in regular auditing process by the auditor. The company will promptly inform to SET in the proper manner as usual.
