March 17, 2008 Subject : Notification of change of TRT's Long Term Loan Structure Attention : The President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Company signed the loan agreement on 14 March 2008 with Kasikornbank Public Company Limited for the purpose of refinancing the existing long term loan of 208 Baht million from existing financial institutional creditors with the 10 semi-annually-installment repayment term at MLR -1% rate for the first-twelve month and MLR -0.25% rate until the end of the agreement. This new loan agreement is made with a normal term and without any extra provision, which should help the Company to be coped up with its business expansion, more flexibly.
