November 8, 2007 Subject : Clarification of Change in Operation Results xcess 20% Attention : The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Further to the submission of the 3rd quarter of Tirathai Public Company Limited as of 30.9.2007 to Stock Exchange of Thailand on 8 November 2007, the company would like to report the operating result that the net profit of the 3rd quarter shows 46.64 million Baht Increase to 11.29 million Baht, percentage 32% which represents 20% change compare to the same period last year as per the following reasons: The gross profit margin represents 38% increased from 22.6% compare to the same period last year. This is as a result of adjustment of the sales price and also being able to control the raw material cost to be in line with the budget. Please be informed accordingly.
